You may use this facility by registering your details with us and will be given access for a restricted period.

WARRANTY

We provide this service on an 'as is' basis without Warranty. This software is licenced under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE. Within e-Bills this is shown under 'Help/Licence Information'.

AVAILABILITY

This site utilises software under development which means that from time to time some modules will be development or contain prototype code or may print debug information. We reserve the right to remove the service at any time and to remove users from the system without notice.

APPROPRIATE USE OF DATABASE

We draw your attention to relevant data protection and privacy laws. Any data that you store in this system will be visible to ALL other registered users. You must ensure that all data is fictional and that DATA DOES NOT CONTAIN REFERENCE TO REAL PERSONS OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR COMPANIES. You may not store data that includes obscene, offensive or material inappropriate to this service.

We agree not to share details of registered users with any third party unless required to do so by law.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of the database (including removing data) as we feel fit.

You agree to notify us by email or using the ebills.sourceforge.net mailing lists of any software bugs you find or problems encountered with this service.

RESTRICTION OF SERVICE

This service is restricted to registered users only. By registering you agree to keep your username and password secret. Any user found in violation of this agreement will have their username and password withdrawn immediately and without notification. We reserve the right to remove users who have been inactive for some while.
